Merchant and customer records
After app uninstall, VTS schedules merchant configuration, customer measurements, scan metadata, and analytics data for deletion within 30 days.
Encryption during retention
Any retained measurement or operational data remains encrypted at rest and protected in transit while deletion completes.
Immediate deletion requests
Merchants can request expedited deletion by contacting support@vts.optimosolutions.com with their Shopify store URL.
