VTS uses shopper photos only to extract measurements and power fit confidence. Original images are deleted within 24 hours.
1. Shopper scans
The shopper enters height, weight, and gender, then takes 2 full-body photos from about 1.5 meters away in fitted clothing.
2. AI extracts measurements
Computer vision extracts 20+ measurements including chest, waist, hips, inseam, shoulder width, and arm length in under 10 seconds.
3. Secure AI pipeline
Images are processed only to power AI Size Finder, fit heatmaps, and virtual try-on. Third-party AI providers follow industry-standard security and SOC 2 expectations.
4. Photos deleted
Original body photos are deleted within 24 hours after processing. They are never sold, shared for advertising, or used for unrelated profiling.
5. Measurements encrypted
Measurements are associated with anonymous IDs, encrypted at rest with AES-256, and protected in transit with TLS 1.3.
6. Retention and uninstall
Active measurements are stored for 12 months, then auto-deleted. After uninstall, merchant and customer data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Guardrails shoppers can understand.
No biometric data is sold.

Merchants can request bulk deletion at any time.
